What services do you provide?

We can provide as little as space planning and color consulting, to as full blown as a complete new home – from sofas to silverware. Whether you need one room or a complete home, TLC can make it happen.

How do charge for you services?

That depends on the project. When all you need is professional consulting and advice, there is an hourly fee. As for a complete project, as long as all phases of design and all purchases are made through TLC, the hourly fee is waived.

Do you offer only ready made furniture or can you customize?

We carry over 300 different lines of furniture including Stanley, American Drew, and Hooker. But many times retail-line furniture may not fit that one space in your home. It is on these occasions that we offer our clients an array of experienced woodcrafters capable of building and customizing any type of furniture including deluxe entertainment centers, kitchen cabinets, dining room chairs, sofas, coffee and end tables.

Isn’t it cheaper if I do it myself?

Actually buying through TLC saves you money, and we will most definitely save you time and frustration. Our large buying power enables TLC to buy direct from the factory, not through a retailer on a discount program. This enables us to provide you with the best value possible. When we work up the entire plan for your project and coordinate the receiving in of goods, as well as damage inspection, installation and set up, this certainly saves you time and frustration. Your entire project is ran smoothly and you are never left waiting for a late installer or a stray delivery truck. This is particularly helpful if you are not yet living here locally.

Do you have a showroom?

We have several show homes furnished throughout the area, but as none of our staff are on commission and our mission is to give our clients the best value possible, the expense of a showroom is unfounded. Our staff will come to you with all the tools necessary to get your project going.

Do you finance?

We do not finance, but we will set up a payment schedule to assist your needs.
